My purpose is to improve my Self spiritually, emotionally, and physically to offer a new and evolved version of my Self to the world every day. I began teaching Yoga in 2009 to encourage students to embrace the power of positive thinking to create a loving relationship with their Self on the Yoga mat to improve how they show up in the world. I quickly realized that Yoga and Meditation is t
