Aspen 2018 Retreat Preliminary Schedule of Events
Day 1 (Arrival) Thursday September 20th:
1:00pm-5:00pm:Arrival and check-in.Option to use spa facilities or relax by the pool and Jacuzzi
3:00pm-4:00pm:Early arrival Easy Vinyasa to Deep Raja Stretchtravel recovery Yoga class
5:00pm-8:00pm: Group BarBQuePoolside with private Chef
Day 2 Friday September 21st:
7:15am: Morning meditation:Find a space and find your breath. The Sunrise is a powerful time to connect with the energy in the universe and the energy that you hold WITH IN.
7:30am-8:45am: Yoga Class
9:00am-10:30am:Breakfastat The Artisan
12:30pm-6:00pm White water rafting and stop off at Hot Springs
7:00pm: Option to take the shuttle into downtown Aspen or enjoy dinner at any of the restaurants near Snowmass base camp
Day 3 Saturday September 22nd:
8:15am-12:00pm: Easy downhill biking adventure through Maroon Bells National Park
1:00pm-5:30pm: Option to soak in Jacuzzi, take a steam, or explore Aspen or Snowmass Village
5:30—6:30pm: Evening meditation Raja Deep Stretch session Calm mind, body, and spirit by eliminating distractions and focusing within.
7:00pm: Dinner: Option to take shuttle into Aspen for dinner and music
Day 4 Sunday September 23rd:
7:30am-8:45am:Vinyasa Flow to Raja Bliss Yoga Class
11:00am-3:00pm:Moderate hike: Snowmass Mountain
5:00pm:GROUP DINNER: Pine Creek Lodge Dinner: Travel up the mountain to the Lodge for a spectacular view of Aspen while enjoying a fine-dining experience with locally sourced ingredients.
Day 5 Monday September 24th:
7:30am: Breakfast at The Artisan
10:00-3:00pm:Hiking Aspen Mountain, shopping, or optional excursions
3:00pm-5:00pm: Group Yoga Class (w/extended floor series & meditation session)
5:00pm-10:00pm:Enjoy Aspen or Snowmass restaurants and optional evening at Belly Up in Aspen for live Music.
Day 6 Tuesday September 25th:
7:30am-9:30am:Breakfast at The Artisan
10:00am: Optional hiking in Snowmass or Aspen
