Thoughts Regulate Emotions

We use our thoughts to create emotions. If we regulate our thoughts to manipulate our emotions, we immediately begin to feel the shift our thoughts have on our energy. If we think we are more confident, we begin to feel more confident. If we think we are strong and powerful, we start to feel that powerful energy. If we believe we are perfectly content and happy, then emotionally we will begin to feel that way. Today, set an intention to allow each thought to be a positive affirmation. Allow each thought to be a reflection of what we want our life to be and allow each thought to create our emotional state. The perfect test will be the next time we are sitting in traffic and feel a little frustrated, knowing that the shift will happen the moment we think about how relaxed we are. Next time we find our Selves in a stressful situation, think about how at ease we are. Next time we are not entirely confident in our ability, we convince our Selves that we are confident. Actively using our thoughts to regulate our emotional state. All we need is the belief in our power to create what we want and to let that belief fuel our dreams.
